Job Opportunity: T Level Education & Early Years / Health & Social Care Teacher
Start Date: January Term
We are excited to be recruiting a passionate and knowledgeable T Level Education and Early Years / Health & Social Care Teacher to join a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school/college this January.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator—or a strong practitioner from the sector looking to transition into teaching—to help deliver high-quality T Level provision and shape the next generation of professionals entering the Early Years and Health & Social Care industries.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant teaching to T Level learners, ensuring lessons are inspiring, well-structured, and aligned with curriculum and qualification requirements. You will work closely with colleagues to support learners with both the theoretical and practical elements of their programmes.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching across T Level Education & Early Years and T Level Health & Social Care

Plan and assess learning in line with qualification specifications

Support students with their professional development and industry placements
-
Develop engaging resources and schemes of work
-
Monitor learner progress and provide high-quality feedback
-
Contribute to the wider department and curriculum development
-
Maintain excellent industry knowledge and promote best practice
✔️ The Ideal Candidate
-
Experience teaching T Levels, BTECs, or vocational qualifications (desired but not essential)
-
Strong knowledge of Early Years and/or Health & Social Care sectors
-
A teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, or working towards one) is preferred
-
Industry experience in Early Years or Health & Social Care is highly beneficial

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A commitment to supporting learner success and achievement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
