Job Opportunity: T Level Education & Early Years / Health & Social Care Teacher

We are excited to be recruiting a passionate and knowledgeable T Level Education and Early Years / Health & Social Care Teacher to join a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school/college this January.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator—or a strong practitioner from the sector looking to transition into teaching—to help deliver high-quality T Level provision and shape the next generation of professionals entering the Early Years and Health & Social Care industries.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant teaching to T Level learners, ensuring lessons are inspiring, well-structured, and aligned with curriculum and qualification requirements. You will work closely with colleagues to support learners with both the theoretical and practical elements of their programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across T Level Education & Early Years and T Level Health & Social Care

• Plan and assess learning in line with qualification specifications

• Support students with their professional development and industry placements

• Develop engaging resources and schemes of work

• Monitor learner progress and provide high-quality feedback

• Contribute to the wider department and curriculum development

• Maintain excellent industry knowledge and promote best practice

✔️ The Ideal Candidate

• Experience teaching T Levels, BTECs, or vocational qualifications (desired but not essential)

• Strong knowledge of Early Years and/or Health & Social Care sectors

• A teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, or working towards one) is preferred

• Industry experience in Early Years or Health & Social Care is highly beneficial

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A commitment to supporting learner success and achievement
