Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to reach their full potential? We are currently recruiting Support Staff to work within a range of SEN and SEMH primary and secondary schools.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are patient, resilient, and confident supporting pupils with additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health challenges.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Helping to manage behaviour and promote positive engagement
• Building strong relationships with students and staff
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal development
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and routines
• Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
• Confidence managing challenging behaviours
• A calm, proactive, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• SEN, SEMH, youth work, support work, coaching, care, or similar experience is desirable
