Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary, secondary, and SEN schools in Plymouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for flexible work within education, whether you are experienced in schools or looking to gain further classroom experience. With Teaching Personnel’s online calendar system, you can choose the days you want to work, giving you complete flexibility around your availability.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates interested in SEN opportunities, supporting children and young people with additional learning needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils in classroom settings
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups
  • Assisting teachers with classroom activities
  • Supporting pupils with SEN where required
  • Building positive relationships with students and staff
  • Working hours between 8:30am – 3:30pm

What We’re Looking For:

  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Reliable and adaptable individuals
  • Ability to work between 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
  • Driver or non-driver applicants are both welcome

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
