Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in South Manchester? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates considering a career in education, or individuals with relevant childcare or support experience who are looking for rewarding and flexible work.
The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assist children with varying educational needs and abilities.
- Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support classroom management and behaviour expectations.
- Adapt to different school settings and age groups.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or support setting.
- A positive, patient, and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
