Job description
SEN Teacher – Flexible Supply Opportunities in Southampton
Teaching Personnel are seeking qualified teachers to support specialist schools across Southampton on a flexible supply basis.
We work closely with specialist provisions supporting children and young people with complex learning needs, autism, SEMH needs and medical needs.
Whether you are looking for 1 day per week or full-time supply work, we can offer opportunities to suit your availability.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
- Support pupils with additional needs to achieve their potential
- Work collaboratively with support staff and school teams
- Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with SEN or vulnerable pupils desirable
- Strong behaviour management and adaptability
- Passion for inclusive education
Pay:
From £130 per day (6 hour working day)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
