- Working hours 8am – 4pm, term time only
- £1330 - £1630 per month, paid on a weekly basis

Due to the expansion of the department at our partner school, Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join their successful SEN department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a secondary school setting, supporting students with various Special Educational Needs.
Working as an SEN Teaching Assistant at our partner school, you will provide day to day support delivering 1:1 support in lessons. You will work with key pupils to help develop their self confidence and academic progress whilst monitoring behaviour and assisting with any behavioural issues. We are looking someone who is well organised, has good planning skills, and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Our partner school is located in Manchester and has an exceptional reputation, both in terms of results, pupil experience and staff development. Based close to the M56 and M60 and well serviced by public transport, the school is accessible from all over South Manchester, including Stockport, Didsbury, Poynton, Trafford and Tameside.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
