Location: Rhondda Cynon Taff
Contract: Full Time / Part Time, Until the end of the academic year
Pay Rate: £172.98 per day

Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible

Are you a passionate and adaptable Supply Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in local schools?

We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible teachers to work across a range of Primary/Secondary/SEN Schools in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different classroom environments while supporting pupils to reach their full potential.

About the Role

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching plans and materials to meet the needs of different classes and abilities.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Follow school policies and maintain strong communication with staff.
  • Support pupils’ academic and personal development in line with school values.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Flexible, reliable, and confident working across different year groups.
  • Passionate about teaching and inspiring young learners.
  • Able to adapt quickly to new settings and establish positive relationships.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

Requirements

Teaching Personnel provides guidance and support for obtaining the following:

  • Education Workforce Council (EWC) Registration
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
  • Two recent professional references

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
