Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors and Fully Qualified Teachers (FQTs) to join our supply team, supporting three well-established secondary schools located between Bexleyheath and Dartford.
We are looking for reliable, adaptable and confident education professionals who can provide high-quality classroom cover on both a short-term and long-term basis.
The Role
• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and engagement
• Support students in their learning and development
• Flexible opportunities ranging from daily supply to longer-term assignments
• Immediate and ongoing work available
Requirements
• Previous experience working within UK secondary schools
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for teaching positions
• Experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teacher within a secondary setting
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
