Supply Teacher – Boston, Spalding & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £120 – £160 per day
Location: Boston, Spalding, and nearby Lincolnshire areas
Contract: Flexible, Day-to-Day or Long-Term Assignments

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Teachers to join our team and work across a range of schools in Boston, Spalding, and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact in different educational settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects and key stages.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Manage student behavior in line with school policies.
  • Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absence.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments.
  • A passion for education and supporting student success.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
