Dynamic Supply Teacher / Cover Supervisor – Bedford

Teaching Personnel is actively recruiting a highly flexible and fully qualified General Supply Teacher to partner with various primary schools across the Bedford area.   • Effective Lesson Delivery: Seamlessly stepping into different classrooms to deliver and confidently interpret pre-planned lessons, ensuring continuity of learning.

  • Proactive Classroom Management: Establishing and maintaining a productive, positive, and well-managed learning environment to keep all pupils engaged and focused.

  • Inclusive Support: Working with a diverse range of students, including those who require additional support due to Special Educational Needs (SEN).

  • Adaptability: Demonstrating the agility to teach across various Key Stages and year groups, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Your Profile

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic professional who possesses:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): This is an essential requirement for the role.

  • Flexibility and Resilience: The ability to swiftly adapt to new school routines, curricula, and staff teams.

  • SEN Awareness: Knowledge or prior experience successfully supporting students with Special Educational Needs is highly desirable.

  • Passion for Education: A strong commitment to making a tangible, positive impact on pupils' academic and social development.
