Location: Gloucester (GL19)
Contract: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (Term-Time)

We are recruiting for a SEMH / SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive school environment in Gloucester. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident managing behaviour, building strong relationships, and motivating young people.
About the Role
You will support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to succeed both academically and socially.
Key duties include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Managing and positively responding to challenging behaviour
- Supporting emotional regulation and social development
- Encouraging engagement in learning and school activities
- Building trust and consistency with students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
