Teaching Personnel is thrilled to partner with an outstanding SEN Primary School in Crawley, seeking a resilient, nurturing, and patient individual to join their team as a Special Support Assistant. If you have experience in support work and are accustomed to working with individuals facing challenging behaviour, communication difficulties, and emotional regulation issues, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crucial support in a class catering to pupils with complex needs.
  • Foster a nurturing and patient environment for optimal student development.
  • Work with challenging behaviour, aiding in communication and emotional regulation.

Ideal Candidate:

  • References covering 24 months
  • Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
