Special Educational Needs Teacher

Teaching Personnel are recruiting passionate Specialist Education Teacher to work within Specialist Provisions ,supporting pupils with additional, emotional, and behavioural needs.

The Role

You’ll support pupils with SEN, SEMH, autism, mental health needs, and complex learning differences, through:

  • Classroom‑based teaching
  • 1:1 and small‑group support
  • Day‑to‑day, short‑term, and long‑term roles
  • Opportunities across a variety of school settings

You’ll help create calm, safe, and engaging environments using consistent behaviour strategies and flexible, creative teaching approaches.

About You

  • Qualified teacher with SEN/SEMH experience
  • Calm, empathetic, and confident with behaviour support
  • Passionate about inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
  • Strong communicator and team player

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
