Are you an experienced Primary Teacher with a background in SEN or specialist provision?

Teaching Personnel are partnering with SEN schools and specialist provisions across East Manchester, offering long-term, day-to-day, and temp-to-perm roles from September.

‍ The Role

Working with pupils aged 5–11 (KS1–KS2) with a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • Moderate to complex learning difficulties
  • Speech, language and communication needs

You will:

  • Deliver adapted, engaging primary curriculum lessons
  • Support personalised learning and EHCP targets
  • Create structured, inclusive classroom environments
  • Work closely with support staff, therapists, and SEN teams
  • Use tailored strategies to support learning, communication, and development

What You’ll Bring

  • ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • ✅ Strong KS1/KS2 teaching experience
  • ✅ Background in SEN, SEND or specialist education
  • ✅ Understanding of differentiated learning and EHCPs
  • ✅ A patient, nurturing and inclusive teaching approach
