Are you a passionate and nurturing Teacher looking to make a real impact within specialist education? One of our fantastic partner SLD schools in Hemel Hempstead is actively seeking a dedicated QTS SLD Teacher to join their supportive team from September.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly supportive specialist setting that caters for children and young people aged 3–19 with a range of additional needs, including ASD, PMLD, SLD, EYFS needs, and associated learning difficulties.

Your role will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, tailored lessons

• Supporting pupils with a range of complex learning needs
• Encouraging pupil development both academically and socially

The successful candidate will be: 

  • An experienced QTS Teacher with previous SLD teaching experience
  • Familiar with ASD, EYFS, MLD, PMLD, and other associated needs
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Nurturing, patient, and committed to supporting every child’s individual journey
  • Highly adaptable and able to respond to a range of learning and communication needs
  • A strong team player who works well alongside support staff and senior leadership
  • Dedicated to making a genuine difference within specialist education
