Full-Time | 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
All Year Round Position
12-Week Temp to Perm Contract
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to join a school in Blackburn. This is a full-time, all year round position, offering the opportunity to secure a permanent role following an initial 12-week temporary period.
The successful candidate will have previous hands-on experience in painting and decorating, repairs, and general building maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring the school site is maintained to a high standard, providing a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across the school site
- Painting and decorating as required
- Conducting routine site inspections and reporting any issues
- Ensuring the premises remain safe, secure, and well-presented
- Liaising with contractors and supporting site operations when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in painting and decorating
- Experience carrying out general repairs and building maintenance
- A proactive and practical approach to work
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices
The Role:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- All year round position (not term time only)
- 12-week temp to perm contract
- Immediate start available

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
