You will play a crucial role supporting pupils with additional needs, enabling them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted SEND support on a 1:1 basis
• Assist with classroom inclusion and behaviour management
• Implement tailored learning strategies
• Encourage pupil independence and confidence

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting children with SEND
• Knowledge of autism, ADHD, or SEMH strategies
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
