Teaching Personnel are recruiting qualified Teachers with experience supporting SEN and SEMH learners to work across a range of specialist and mainstream schools in Stockport and Tameside.

What Your Role Will Involve
You’ll bring structure, creativity and compassion into diverse classroom environments, supporting pupils with:
- Complex needs & learning differences
- Mental health challenges
- Behavioural and emotional needs
- Autism & sensory needs
- PMLD & medical care requirements

Your Teaching Responsibilities
You will help create safe, engaging and supportive learning spaces by:
- Working collaboratively with classroom teams
- Planning and adapting lessons for diverse learner needs
- Using calm, consistent behaviour management techniques
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and pastoral care
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, parents & carers
About You

- Experienced in supporting children with SEND
- Nurturing, empathetic and a strong communicator
- Flexible and confident across varying environments
- Able to build positive relationships quickly
- Skilled at supporting challenging behaviour
- Passionate about inclusive, child‑centred teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
