SEND Inclusion Room Leader – Warrington
An excellent mainstream primary school in Warrington is recruiting for a SEND Inclusion Room Leader to take responsibility for leading a dedicated provision for pupils with additional needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND practitioner who is confident in leading provision, supporting staff, and ensuring pupils receive high-quality, tailored support.
Your role will include:
- Leading and managing the day-to-day running of the inclusion room
- Designing and implementing individualised support strategies
- Supporting and guiding other Teaching Assistants within the provision
- Monitoring pupil progress and adapting interventions accordingly
- Working closely with the SENCo, parents, and whole school team
We are seeking someone who:
- Has strong experience working with SEND, including SEMH and ASD
- Is confident leading a small team and taking initiative
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills
- Is passionate about inclusive education and improving pupil outcomes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
