SEND Inclusion Room Leader – Warrington

An excellent mainstream primary school in Warrington is recruiting for a SEND Inclusion Room Leader to take responsibility for leading a dedicated provision for pupils with additional needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND practitioner who is confident in leading provision, supporting staff, and ensuring pupils receive high-quality, tailored support.

Your role will include:

  • Leading and managing the day-to-day running of the inclusion room
  • Designing and implementing individualised support strategies
  • Supporting and guiding other Teaching Assistants within the provision
  • Monitoring pupil progress and adapting interventions accordingly
  • Working closely with the SENCo, parents, and whole school team

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has strong experience working with SEND, including SEMH and ASD
  • Is confident leading a small team and taking initiative
  • Has excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Is passionate about inclusive education and improving pupil outcomes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
