SEN Tutor
Job description
We are looking for dedicated Maths and English tutors to provide personalised tuition for students across Wokingham.
This role is ideal for tutors who enjoy working independently and tailoring sessions to suit each learner’s individual needs and learning style.
You Will Need To:
- Teach Maths, English, or both
- Be available for a minimum of 10–15 hours per week
- Keep detailed records of attendance, progress, and baseline assessments
- Adapt sessions in real time to maintain engagement and motivation
- Liaise regularly with families, schools, and professionals involved in the student’s support
- Hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
