Job description
Do you enjoy supporting and helping children? Do you want to make a difference to young people’s lives? Are you looking for your next challenge?
If you have answered yes to the above questions, WE NEED YOU!
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking experienced teachers/tutors to provide 1:1 tuition in Derbyshire and the surrounding areas. As a 1:1 tutor you will be planning and implementing catch up programmes in 1 or more core subjects to pupils who are not currently accessing education. To be successful you will need:
- Experience with primary or secondary aged children
- Enthusiastic, engaging, and resilient
It is desirable if you:
- Have experience working with children in a tuition capacity
- Have experience working with challenging behaviour
- Have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs or a willingness to learn
In return you will get:
- Specialist Recruitment Consultant dedicated to finding you work
- Up to £25p/h (PAYE)
- Flexible working pattern – perfect for those with a busy schedule
- Full time or part time availability – dependent on your lifestyle
- Exclusive access to our CPD Academy
- Pension Scheme
- Local and regular work
- £50 Refer a Friend Scheme
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQ’s on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
