Support, Inspire, Achieve – SEN Tutors Needed in Brighton & Hove

Are you committed to inclusive education and making a genuine difference in young people’s lives? We are seeking dedicated SEN Tutors in Brighton & Hove to deliver personalised learning experiences that empower students to thrive.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Brighton & Hove and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

The Role
As an SEN Tutor, you will work one-to-one with learners who benefit from a more individualised approach. Your support will help students re-engage with education, build resilience, and develop both academically and personally.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, learner-focused sessions
  • Adapt teaching techniques to suit a variety of learning needs
  • Provide consistent encouragement and emotional support
  • Help students build confidence and independence
  • Track progress and celebrate achievements

Ideal Candidate

  • Background in education, tutoring, or SEN-related roles
  • Compassionate, patient, and proactive in your approach
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
  • Based in or able to travel across Brighton & Hove

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
