The Role

As a TP Tutor, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver high-quality one-to-one tuition across core curriculum subjects and specialist areas.
  • Support learners through intervention programmes, exam preparation and alternative provision arrangements.
  • Provide tuition in a variety of settings, including online, in-home and community-based environments.
  • Use your expertise to motivate and engage learners while adapting sessions to meet individual needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with students and help develop their confidence, independence and resilience.
  • Uphold high standards of safeguarding and inclusion, ensuring every learner feels safe, supported and valued.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
