Location: Wandsworth, Greater London
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £85 - £100 per day

What you'll do:
- Support SEN students in their learning journey, providing tailored assistance to meet their unique needs.
- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging, adapted lessons.
- Offer one-on-one support to students with specific learning difficulties, helping them overcome challenges.
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support, ensuring a smooth and productive learning atmosphere.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths.
- Relevant experience working with SEN students and a deep understanding of SEN support strategies.
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
- Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills to connect with students, teachers, and parents.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
