Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Pay to scale (depending on level of experience)
Contract: Full-time

We are working in partnership with inclusive and nurturing primary schools in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, who are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants. These schools genuinely value their support staff and the vital role they play in pupils’ development.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Support pupils with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
- Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience with SEND (personal or professional)
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and consistency
- Builds strong relationships and trust quickly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
