SEN Teaching Assistant – Supply (Term Time Only)
Location: Plymouth
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm | Monday–Friday (Flexible)

We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a range of schools in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and want the flexibility to work in different settings while finding the right long-term fit.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting with learning, behaviour, and engagement in the classroom
- Working across a variety of school settings (mainstream and SEN)
- Following EHCPs and supporting individual learning plans
- Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (education, care, coaching, etc.)
- A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
