The Role

You'll work closely with pupils who may require additional support both inside and outside the classroom. Every day is different, but your role could include:

✅ Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
✅ Building confidence, independence, and social skills
✅ Helping manage emotions and behaviour positively
✅ Supporting learning activities tailored to individual needs
✅ Being a consistent and trusted adult in a young person's life

Our specialist schools support children and young people aged 5-18 with needs including:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
  • ADHD
  • Speech & Language Difficulties
  • Moderate & Severe Learning Difficulties
  • Additional Complex Needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
