We are working with a therapeutic school in Salisbury, which specialise in education for children aged between 4-19 years old who have Special Educational Needs. You could be working with young people that have Autism, Learning Difficulties, Complex needs, Speech and Language difficulties or Physical Disabilities. 

This school provides a very safe, calm and therapeutic environment to get the best out of the children and the classes are kept small (no more than 7 children per class) for close interaction with the Teachers.

You will be working Monday - Friday Time: 08:30-15:30, term time only.

The ideal candidates will:

  • Have lots of patience, be resilient, proactive and engaging
  • Have experience working with children or adults who have special needs. We will consider those with personal experience supporting individuals with SEN
  • Have a great sense of humour 
  • Ideally drive and have access to a vehicle but this is not essential 
  • Have excellent written and verbal English

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
