Full-time Learning Support Assistant required within a large secondary school in Waterlooville.
This post is initially being offered on a temporary basis from Febraury 2022 for one term, with the view of securing a permanent role for the suitable candidate.
**Previous experience working with young people aged 11-16 is essential for this position**
- Full time position with a September 2021 start date.
- GBP10.20 per hour, may increase dependent on responsibilities and experience.
- Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis in class.
- Covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher with pre set work.
- Monitoring behaviour and promoting strategies to deal with this.
- Working alongside the SENCO to raise attainment.
The large school has an on site Inclusion department to support the learning of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
