Join Our Team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant - September 2023 Start

The Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our mission to support students with SEN and SEMH requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one and small group support: Work closely with students to provide tailored assistance, ensuring they can fully engage with the curriculum and make progress in their learning.

Assisting in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs): Collaborate with our SEN/SEMH team to create and implement IEPs that address the unique needs of each student.

Promoting a positive learning environment: Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.

Supporting classroom teachers: Collaborate with teachers to adapt teaching materials and methods to meet the needs of students with SEN/SEMH.

Monitoring and tracking progress: Regularly assess and record student progress, providing feedback to the SEN/SEMH team and parents/guardians.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
