Are you an experienced teacher looking for a new opportunity within an excellent school based in Stoke-on-Trent?

We are currently recruiting for day-to-day supply teachers to work within our high-achieving client secondary school based in the North-West of Stoke-on-Trent.

As a day-to-day supply teacher, you would be required to deliver engaging lesson plans to students across all year groups up to GCSE level. The successful candidate will be confident in leading classroom sessions and can adapt resources suitable for students of ranging abilities. It is essential that a safe and controlled learning environment is maintained through effective management of classroom behaviour to promote great learning outcomes.

Our client school maintains an excellent reputation for achieving above national average attainment scores and are always striving for the best outcomes for all students. As a day-to-day supply teacher, you would be supported by a dedicated team of staff who join you in creating an outstanding education for students.

Requirements of the role:

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Must be able and willing to obtain a DBS certificate on the update service.
  • Must be able to provide two recent professional references.
  • Specialist subject area would be advantageous but not essential.

Highlights of this role:

  • £100 - £140 per day paid through PAYE.
  • Part-time position.
  • September 2023 start, however immediate roles may be available.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
