Teaching Personnel are looking for pro-active, resilient and hard working individuals to join a school based in Thatcham (RG19) supporting students with Autism.
Experience is not neccessary as you will be well supported within the classrooms.
The role of a Teaching Assistant will involve:
- Working closely with pupils keeping them engaged, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential.
- Working either 1:1 with pupils, or in small group settings to help them achieve their learning goals.
A successful Teaching Assistant will be:
- Patient, compassionate, and resilient
- Great communicator
- A clean driving licence would be desirable –
- A passion for helping others and the self-drive to develop your skills.
We are looking for candidates to work full time; ideally, Monday to Friday - Term Time Only.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
