SEND Teaching Assistant
Sunderland
£97 per day
8:30am - 3:30pm
Immediate Start Available
We are looking for a resilient and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Sunderland. This role involves providing 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs and requires someone who is confident managing challenging behaviour.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND
- Confidence working with challenging behaviour
- Ability to build positive relationships and provide consistent support
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
