SEN Teaching Assistants – Join Our Supply Agency (Stamford)
Location: Stamford & surrounding areas
Roles Available: Day‑to‑Day Supply | Short‑Term | Long‑Term
Pay: £90–£115 per day (dependent on experience and role)
Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or someone passionate about supporting children with special educational needs in Stamford?
We are recruiting dedicated, caring, and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join our education supply agency, supporting pupils across primary and secondary schools, including specialist and alternative provision settings.

The Role:
- Supporting pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
- Working 1:1 or with small groups
- Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities
- Supporting pupils with emotional, behavioural, or additional learning needs
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school or care setting)
- Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- SEN or TA qualifications advantageous but not essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
