Addlestone
Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm | Full-Time

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference every day? A welcoming specialist SEN school in Addlestone is looking for caring and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis this September.

The Role

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

  • Work with children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH and a range of additional learning needs

  • Promote independence, confidence and positive behaviour

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging, personalised lessons

  • Help create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment

We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN

  • A patient, resilient and proactive approach

  • Confidence supporting pupils with a range of additional needs

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

  • Team Teach training is beneficial but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
