SEN Teaching Assistant's Needed – Full-Time, Part-time and Day to Day

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants for our specialist schools in Reading this September.
About the Schools
These welcoming and supportive SEN schools caters for primary and secondary-aged pupils with a range of needs, including:
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students 1:1 and in small groups across primary and secondary settings
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored, engaging lessons
- Help implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies
- Encourage independence, communication, and social development
- Provide emotional and behavioural support where needed
This is a full-time position, offering a rewarding opportunity to be part of a passionate and experienced team.

- Experience working with MLD, SLD, or ASD (preferred but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
