Teaching Assistant - Specialist Autism School | South Norfolk

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with Autism and a range of additional learning and behavioural needs.
- Assist with personalised learning activities and interventions.
- Adapt support strategies to meet individual student requirements.
- Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and personal development.
- Work closely with teaching staff to help deliver outcomes outlined within EHCPs.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students to support both their academic and social progress. [TA Aurora | Word]

Essential Requirement
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role. The school is located in a rural area of South Norfolk and is not easily accessible by public transport. Applicants must be able to travel reliably to and from the school each day. [TA Aurora | Word]

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
