We are urgently recruiting experienced and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants for full-time positions in Norwich, with immediate starts available.

What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence – essential (non-negotiable)
You must be able to travel between sites and work flexibly across the area. - Immediate availability and commitment to full-time hours.
- Previous SEN experience is highly desirable (school, care, or support settings).
- A genuine passion for helping learners with a range of additional needs.
- Confidence in building positive, professional relationships with pupils and staff.

Your Role Will Include
- Supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, both in and out of the classroom.
- Helping maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals to deliver tailored support.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal development in every learner.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
