What We’re Looking For

• Full UK driving licence – essential (non-negotiable)
  You must be able to travel between sites and work flexibly across the area.
• Immediate availability and commitment to full-time hours.
• Previous SEN experience is highly desirable (school, care, or support settings).
• A genuine passion for helping learners with a range of additional needs.
• Confidence in building positive, professional relationships with pupils and staff.

Your Role Will Include

• Supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, both in and out of the classroom.

• Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals to deliver tailored support.
