We are urgently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for immediate full-time positions across South Norfolk.
What We’re Looking For
-
Full UK driving licence – essential and non-negotiable
(You’ll need to travel between sites and work flexibly across the area.) -
Individuals available to start immediately and commit to full-time hours.

Previous SEN experience is highly advantageous — whether in schools, care settings, or other support roles.

A genuine passion for supporting learners with a range of needs, and the confidence to build positive, engaging relationships.
Fast-Track Clearance
If you already hold an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce Only) on the Update Service, we can get you cleared and started as soon as possible.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting students with diverse learning needs both in and outside the classroom.

Helping to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Working closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver tailored support.

Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal development in every learner.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
