SEN Teaching Assistant – No School Experience Required!
Location: Luton & surrounding areas (Bedford) Hours: Approx. 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday) | No Weekends! Salary: Competitive Daily Rates

The Role: Our partnership schools in the Luton and Bedford area are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will work in a supportive environment, helping children either 1:1 or in small groups.
Your day-to-day will involve:

Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support.

Assisting with engaging classroom activities and implementing Education Plans.

Fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Collaborating with teachers and therapists to track student progress.

Being a consistent source of motivation and encouragement.
What We Are Looking For:

Passion & Drive: A genuine desire to work with children is a must.

Initiative: Someone who is ready to dive in and get involved.

Reliability: Commitment to the school’s sociable, no-weekend hours.

DBS: A valid DBS on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one).

Background: Experience in SEN is a bonus, but not essential!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
