SEN Teaching Assistant - Perfect for Psychology Graduates and Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants
A highly reputable and inclusive Primary School in the London Borough of Haringey are looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant. The role of SEN Teaching Assistant is a full time and long-term role, for an ASAP start.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working with Primary School children, with a range of SEN needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting children who have been diagnosed with Autism / ASD, ADHD, children with SEMH and children with behavioural difficulties.

Job description - SEN Teaching Assistant
- SEN Teaching Assistant
- Supporting children with a range of SEN across year groups
- Working with children with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties
- Working in a SEN Specialist Primary School
- ASAP Start
- Full Time & Long Term – Monday to Friday 8.30 to 3.30pm.
- £85 - £105 per day + excellent health-care package.
- Located in the London Borough of Haringey
Person Specification - SEN Teaching Assistant
- Must have a good degree from a reputable University
- Good understanding of SEN is required
- Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN would be ideal
- Passionate about supporting children with SEN
- You must be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Calm and compassionate nature
