  • Promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils develop confidence and independence.
  • Working in line with EHCP targets to provide consistent, high-quality support.
  • Building trusting relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting children or young people with SEN, either in primary or secondary settings.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle, as travel is essential for this role.
  • Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a positive impact.
  • Remains calm and confident when supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.
  • Is adaptable, resilient, and able to respond to changing situations.
  • Is committed to ongoing training and professional development.

What you'll receive:

  • Ongoing professional development through Teaching Personnel's CPD Academy.
  • Competitive weekly pay based on your experience and availability.
  • Simple online systems for timesheets and communication.
  • Dedicated support from a specialist consultant throughout your placement.
  • The opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people who need it most.
