Teaching Assistants & Learning Support Staff Needed

Immediate Starts Available

Enfield | Haringey | Walthamstow

Pay: £95 - £120 per day (depending on experience) PAYE NOT UMBRELLA

Are you looking for your next opportunity in education? We are currently recruiting multiple Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, and SEN Support Staff for a range of primary, secondary, and specialist schools across Enfield, Haringey, and Walthamstow.

Whether you're an experienced education professional, a recent graduate, or someone with transferable experience working with children and young people, we'd love to hear from you.

 

The Opportunity

You'll become a valued member of a school support team, helping students reach their full potential both academically and socially. Every day is different, offering a rewarding and engaging environment where you can genuinely make a difference.

Your Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities

Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning

Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN and autism

Building confidence, independence, and social skills

Providing emotional and pastoral support where required

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and wider school staff

 

What We're Looking For

A positive, patient, and compassionate approach

GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent

Experience working with children or young people is advantageous

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A willingness to learn and adapt within a school environment

Passion for education and supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
