To be successful as a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant with an Easter Start, you should have:

  • Experience working as a Behaviour Specialist or supporting behavioural needs and SEN in a primary school setting

  • A positive, resilient and nurturing approach

  • An Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

  • A good understanding of safeguarding, or willingness to complete relevant training
