SEN Teaching Assistant – Make a Real Difference Every Day

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming and inclusive schools.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and socially. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.

  • A patient, caring, and resilient approach.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development.

  • Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
