8:30-3:30pm
Daily rate: £90- £110 daily rate (dependant on Qualification and Experience)

Do you have experience working with SEN pupils? Do you want to work in a positive but challenging environment?

An opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Y5 pupil. 


To be considered for this position you must have:

  • Teaching assistant qualification or at least 6 months experience
  • Experience working with SEN pupils
  • Be resilient, firm but fair and show empathy and encouragement 
  • Available full time from September
  • Great ability to interact with pupils and keep them engaged

The Role:

  • Full time role, Monday - Friday 8.30am-3.30pm
  • School based in Chester Le Street
  • Working within KS2 Team and SENDCO, supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis with SEND 
  • Autumn Term Role, with potential to be extended

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
