Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant Role
Competitive pay based on experience: £14.25 - £15.00 per hour
Previous experience supporting children with SEN is essential

Are you a caring, patient, and dedicated individual looking to make a positive impact in a child's education?

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in the Blackpool (FY2) area who are seeking to appoint a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant. This position is available for an immediate start and will continue until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will work closely with a child on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored support to help them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential both academically and socially. While the role will primarily be classroom-based, there may be occasions where focused interventions and support are delivered outside of the classroom environment.

You will work alongside the class teacher, SENCO, and senior leadership team to ensure the child receives the highest standard of support throughout the school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
