1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Everton Primary School L3
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil in the Everton area.
Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour.
- Strong understanding of ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) and ADHD.
- Ability to build positive relationships and implement tailored strategies.
- Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to learning support.
Role Details:
- Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Everton
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Full-time, ongoing
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to meet the pupil’s individual needs
- Implement behaviour management strategies effectively
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted interventions
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
