Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil in the Everton area.

Key Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour.
• Strong understanding of ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) and ADHD.
• Ability to build positive relationships and implement tailored strategies.
• Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to learning support.

Role Details:

• Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Everton
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract: Full-time, ongoing
• Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support to meet the pupil’s individual needs
• Implement behaviour management strategies effectively
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted interventions
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
