The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals.

Your responsibilities may include:

⭐ Providing one-to-one and small group support

⭐ Assisting pupils with their learning and development

⭐ Supporting students with communication, social, emotional, and behavioural needs

⭐ Working closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored support

⭐ Providing personal care where required

⭐ Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous experience working within SEN settings or a support-based role

✔ A patient, caring, and proactive approach

✔ Confidence supporting students with a variety of additional needs

✔ Willingness to provide personal care when required

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✔ A genuine passion for helping children and young people succeed
