About the Role
We're recruiting for a variety of specialist provisions, including:
- Special Schools
- Alternative Provision Settings
- SEMH Schools
- Autism Resource Bases
- Specialist Units within Mainstream Schools
You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Work alongside skilled Teaching Assistants, therapists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support pupils' academic, emotional and social development.
- Celebrate every milestone, no matter how big or small.
We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience within SEN is desirable, but a genuine passion for inclusive education is equally valued.
- Excellent classroom management and relationship-building skills.
- A patient, flexible and positive approach.
- A commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
