About the Role

We're recruiting for a variety of specialist provisions, including:

• Special Schools
• Alternative Provision Settings
• SEMH Schools
• Autism Resource Bases
• Specialist Units within Mainstream Schools

You will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Work alongside skilled Teaching Assistants, therapists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support pupils' academic, emotional and social development.
• Celebrate every milestone, no matter how big or small.

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience within SEN is desirable, but a genuine passion for inclusive education is equally valued.
• Excellent classroom management and relationship-building skills.
• A patient, flexible and positive approach.
• A commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential.
